What’s the $200 first-time offer?
It’s an introductory residential clean for a home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We’ll confirm the scope during your walkthrough. Additional rooms or extra work will be discussed and quoted separately before you agree.
Do you clean homes and offices?
Yes. We offer residential cleaning for homes and apartments, and commercial cleaning for offices and workspaces. Tell us about your property so we can discuss the right scope.
Where do you offer cleaning?
We’re focused on Pittsburgh. Share your ZIP code in the request form and we’ll confirm whether your address is in the service area before arranging a visit.
Does submitting a request book my cleaning?
No. It starts a conversation. We’ll reach out to confirm a walkthrough, review your space, and provide a quote. Your visit and cleaning date are only booked once confirmed with the team.
Can I get a quote with a video walkthrough?
Yes. Choose a video walkthrough in the request form and share a short clip of the rooms you’d like cleaned. We will review it and follow up with a quote or any questions. A video does not automatically confirm the price or book a cleaning.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes. We Clean is bonded and insured. You can ask the team for coverage details before your visit.
How do recurring cleaning discounts work?
Our draft plans offer 5% off monthly, 10% off every two weeks, and 15% off weekly residential cleaning. Discounts are based on the agreed standard quote for the same cleaning scope and apply after your initial clean. They do not stack with the $200 first-time offer. We will confirm all rates before booking.
Is every two weeks the same as twice a month?
Every two weeks follows a 14-day rhythm, which is typically 26 visits per year. Twice a month is 24 visits per year. If you prefer two fixed dates each month, add that to your request and we will discuss a schedule and quote.
Can I ask about recurring cleaning or special requests?
Absolutely. Let us know the frequency you have in mind and any priorities, pets, product preferences, or access needs. The team will discuss availability and what can be included in your quote.
